Warranty and Satisfaction Guarantee

You may return your purchase for a refund within 30 days of the purchase date.  To do so, contact
customer support at the email address or phone number below to obtain a Return Material Authorization
(RMA) number and shipping address.  Ship the complete system to RevFire Corp. along with your
purchase receipt and the RMA number.  If the returned system is complete and in good condition, RevFire
Corp. will refund the purchase price less shipping charges.  

RevFire Corp. will repair or replace a defective monitor within 1 year from the date of purchase and will
replace a defective RevFire ball within 60 days from the date of purchase.  Contact customer support at
the email address or phone number below to discuss the problem or obtain a Return Material
Authorization (RMA) number and shipping address.  Ship the defective unit  to RevFire Corp. along with
the RMA number and correct purchase receipt for the item being returned.  If RevFire determines that the
unit was not damaged through misuse, it will be repaired or replaced at RevFire Corporation’s option.  
For ball returns, an identification code internal to the ball must match your purchase receipt codes.
